IDEAL INDUCTOR 1.5 is designed for fast, very efficient and safe heating of metal parts. The INDUCTOR 1.5 device perfectly replaces the standard methods of heating with combustible gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive plants and wherever it is required to heat screw connections, sleeves, bearings, hubs in order to their disassembly, etc. It is used wherever there is a need for quick use and there is a risk of damage to the heated place by a flame, e.g. upholstery, varnish, rubber hoses, electric wires, etc. INDUCTOR 1.5 uses a modern , efficient and effective method of heating details, instruments before hardening, for defrosting, etc.

INDUCTOR 1.5 is able to heat an M20 bolt or nut to 800°C in 15 seconds . Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using burners with combustible gases. The induction heating process starts after connecting the heater to the 230 V socket, placing or bringing the inductor coil closer to the heated detail and pressing the button. The heat-treated detail is heated very quickly, according to individual requirements, even to "red". The white LED illuminates the heated place at the same time, making it easier for the staff to work in dark and hard-to-reach places. Induction coils are easily replaceable and come in many sizes and types, ranging from round coils with a fixed diameter, flat coils to sheet metal and flexible coils with which we can wrap a detail of any surface. For induction heating, you can additionally order a set of coils with different diameters, which are not included in the standard equipment with the device.
