XPG Gen2 5W40 is an advanced synthetic engine oil developed for modern gasoline, diesel and hybrid engines that work in demanding conditions. The innovative formula combines Bionix™ bioesters with the PAG OSP oil base, providing exceptional oil film stability, high thermal resistance and effective protection against oxidation and wear – even at extreme operating temperatures.

The polar structure of the PAG and Bionix™ esters increases the adhesion of the oil to metal surfaces, resulting in a durable protective layer that reduces internal friction. Importantly, this technology does not require the use of solid lubricants or additives that improve the viscosity index, which translates into cleaner engine operation, higher efficiency and long-term oil stability.

XPG Gen2 5W30 is fully compatible with modern exhaust aftertreatment systems such as DPF, GPF and catalysts, and provides effective protection against LSPI (premature ignition at low revs). This ensures that the oil supports longer periods between replacements and helps to keep the engine in top condition.
