Zyxel GS1200-8V3 is a managed L2 layer switch designed for small offices and home networks where stable operation, traffic control and easy configuration count. The device offers 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000), making it suitable for connecting computers, NAS, network printers, cameras or access points. Management is carried out conveniently via a web browser, which facilitates quick implementation and ongoing administration without the need for advanced tools.

The GS1200-8V3 supports Port-based VLANs for logical network splitting, QoS for traffic prioritization (e.g. VoIP and video conferencing), as well as IGMP Snooping and multicast support, which improves transmission performance in environments with IPTV or streaming. Flow control and traffic limitation features help keep your network running smoothly, while Jumbo Frames support (up to 15K) streamlines the transfer of large files across local networks. The switch works fanlessly, is energy-efficient (max. 3,81 W) and designed for desk applications, thanks to the compact dimensions of 193 × 85 × 26 mm.

The device provides 16 Gbit/s switching bandwidth, transfer rate up to 11,9 Mpps and a MAC address table with a capacity of 4000 entries, which translates into efficient support for many devices on the network. The set includes a power supply, and the power supply is realized by a DC-in connector; the switch operates in a wide range of input voltage 100 – 240 V (50/60 Hz).
