- elastic resistance band supporting barbell or dumbbell extrusion training

- allows you to increase the normally squeezed weight and thus provides new stimuli
POWER-SYSTEM BENCH BLASTER ULTRA is a flexible resistance tape supporting barbell or dumbbell extrusion training.
When leaving the POWER-SYSTEM BENCH BLASTER ULTRA acts as a counterweight, stretching and shortening mimics the natural work of muscles making it easier to squeeze the weight in the lower phase of movement. Thanks to this, it allows you to increase the normally squeezed weight and thus provides new stimuli for muscles and the central nervous center.
POWER-SYSTEM BENCH BLASTER ULTRA allows you to reload weight during exercises by about 10-15%, while keeping your arms in a stable position during barbell or dumbbell training. In addition, the use of this device reduces deltoid fatigue and overloads occurring in the elbow joint, which allows you to better target training on the chest.
