Basket Mikado Method Feeder Aperio - 60 grams

Aperio is an innovative basket for the method, entirely designed and created by the Mikado tester team. Both the shape and design have been reserved by us in the EUIPO. When creating APERIO, we were guided by the overriding goal - to design a basket that is as easy to use as possible, which at the same time eliminates all the shortcomings of the baskets already existing on the market for the method. Many months of testing in various fisheries confirmed our belief that fishing with an open basket gives the angler more bites than using the version with ribs. Based on this conclusion, we started to create new versions of prototypes, which after many hours spent on the water and after numerous modifications allowed us to present the APERIO model.

The basic functional features ensuring trouble-free and satisfying fishing using the APERIO basket are:

• the possibility of fishing with a basket both with and without a bait mold,
• inward tilted, raised walls – guarantee better holding of the bait inside the basket at long casts,
• feeder for bait hook. The bait placed on the feeder of the APERIO basket remains perfectly presented to foraging fish even when the bait is completely washed out of the basket,
• trouble-free threading of the line and its protection inside the basket. The tube placed inside allows for instant threading of the main line and at the same time protects it on this section during fishing,
• the possibility of fishing with both a through basket and a fixed basket,
• holes for easy water rotation and faster bait smudging.
