It is also more durable. Due to the material from which it is sewn, we have a guarantee that it will not break during exercise.

Designed for people who want to train in strength, e.g. At home without taking up space equipment. It can also be an addition to training in the gym increasing the training stimulus.

The very strong resistance degree is the greatest resistance of the set of 3 rubbers. It can be used by people of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced level. However, it will be recommended for exercises in which a lot of resistance is already needed and for people who already work with rubbers. It is perfect for advanced people as a way to progress popular exercises on the core or buttocks. It will also be a good support for those who want to work on stability. It generates a lot of resistance during rehabilitation exercises. It is also recommended for activation, warm-up and mobilization exercises.

Use: Put the tape on your knees or ankles and make movements that will map the fight against its resistance. These can be various types of leg abductions in a standing position, hip raises in a lying position, swings one-legged in a supported knee.
