CREATINE MONOHYDRATE XPLODE POWDER – dietary supplement powder. Contains sweeteners. Preparation supplementing the diet with creatine, as well as vitamins D and B6 and sodium in the form of two its sources: dicarbonate and sodium citrate. In muscle tissue, creatine is converted to phosphocreatine, which provides high-energy phosphate radicals as the main source of energy during short-term exercise of the highest intensity (90-100% VO2max) for working muscles (EFSA Journal 2011;9(7):2303). Creatine consumption contributes to increased physical performance during short-term, repeated high-intensity exercises (the effect concerns the consumption of 3 g of creatine per day). Vitamin D helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

 

Creatine Monohydrate Xplode Powder is a dietary supplement of the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand, designed for adults, active fi and athletes performing high-intensity fi exercise.
