WHAT IS FLOSSING?

A technique of binding joints or muscle groups with latex rubber, which effectively improves the rapid improvement of problems related to limited range of motion as well as those related to pain felt during movement. This technique is intended primarily for patients with acute or sub-acute trauma conditions with limited ROM - range of motion.

HOW DOES FLOSSING WORK ?

When applying a rubber flossing tape to an injured part of the body, immediate pressure occurs, which increases the pressure in the tissues and leads to a decrease in capillary circulation. The effect is:

• Improving the range of motion in joints
• Improving the rhythm of exercise
• Accelerating muscle regeneration after training
• Mobilization of fascial sliding
• Pain reduction
• Improving the blood supply to a given area
• Better supply of tissues with oxygen and better metabolism
• Improved coordination
• Muscle flexibility
• Possibility of using higher loads
• Improving movement patterns
