1. Is CATLINK Baymax Pink safe for small cats and kittens?

The device is designed for cats weighing from 1,5 kg to 10 kg. For safety reasons (proper readings of gravity sensors) it is not recommended to use automatic mode for kittens under 1,5 kg – in this case, manual mode should be used.

2. How often should the waste container be emptied?

Container for impurities with a capacity of 7 liters with one cat requires emptying on average once every 7 to 14 days. The exact time of depends on the diet of the cat and the type of litter used. The app will notify you when the container is full.

3. Does cuvette work without Wi-Fi and application?

Yes. The cuvette can work in automatic mode without a network connection. Connecting to the mobile application (Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz) is, however, necessary to use notifications, monitor the weight of the cat and statistic of his health.
