In this yellow-orange flower with sticky and slightly hairy leaves lies such a powerful healing force that it deserves a leading place in naturalistic therapy. The application is almost universal. First of all, it should be emphasized here the fact, confirmed by research by Soviet scientists, that marigold has valuable properties that inhibit the growth of tumors by the ability to bind toxic metabolic compounds, which contributes to strengthening the defense forces of the system needed to combat this dangerous disease.

American scholar Dr. Med. Drwey, achieving good therapeutic effects in cancer patients, also considers calendula an excellent preventive measure during convalescence, especially after surgical removal of the cancer. Oral infusion of marigold flowers is taken for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, ascites, liver diseases (especially with insufficient bile secretion), infectious jaundice, malignant tumors (inhibits disease processes). The bactericidal, antibiotic effect of calendula was confirmed in the fight against Staphylococcus aureus, streptococci, paratifus and mycosis. Old recipes of folk medicine, sometimes dating back to the twelfth century, sometimes administered from mouth to mouth, are used with good results to this day - as confirmed by scientific research.

Method of use and route of administration:

1 tablespoon of flowers (2 g) pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, leave covered for 20 minutes, strain.
