Why wet food with lamb, rabbit and pumpkin?

Lamb has a very beneficial fatty acid profile. It is particularly rich in n-3 and n-6 acids. Lamb lumbar muscle fat contains more polyunsaturated fatty acids than the corresponding beef fat. It is characterized by a more favorable ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids from the n-6 to n-3 family, which is 0,9-1,8:1. Lamb also contains more CLA than beef. CLA acid has a number of valuable dietary, preventive and medicinal properties. Studies on dogs have shown that it can counteract the formation and development of cancer. It also stimulates the immune system. CLA is also effective in treating atopic dermatitis (AD) in dogs.

Lamb is also a source of valuable minerals, especially potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and sulfur. In addition, it provides valuable vitamins: B1 (thiamine) and B13 (orotic acid), which is involved in the metabolism of folic acid and cobalamin, has lipotropic effects or contributes to the restoration of nucleic acids and the synthesis of proteins necessary for the body, has cardioprotective effects, and also counteracts the development of cancer cells, which has been shown in studies on dogs. This meat is also a rich source of L-carnitine, which stimulates fat burning processes. Among the mineral substances contained in lamb, iron, zinc or selenium should be mentioned. It is also worth noting that lamb is one of the rarest allergens in dogs (16%).

RABBIT is characterized by low content of saturated fatty acids and high unsaturated, moreover, it has few calories and is easily digestible.

PUMPKIN contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. It regulates the work of the intestines, supports the digestive system m.in. prevents diarrhea or constipation. It acts as a prebiotic and stimulates the growth of beneficial bacterial flora.
