In combination with an additional buffer using DRAM, the 220S is not only able to store data at very high speeds, but also ensures that TLC memory cells are evenly used and the life of the SSD is as long as possible.

Built-in mechanism to speed up data storage

Thanks to the use of a buffer in the form of fast SLC memory, data is copied from it directly to memory cells, without involving the controller. As a result, the use of TLC cell write capabilities is optimized and the controller load is minimal.

The drive supports TBW (total bytes written) and DEVSLP (Device Sleep), providing even better energy savings.
