STRETCH FILM PACKAGING BLACK HAND THIN SLEEVE 95mb 1kg NET FILM

The 23 µm black stretch film provides solid cargo protection.

With a thickness of 23 microns and a width of 50 cm, the film can withstand stretching up to 160% without cracking, allowing you to quickly wrap the package and maintain its integrity.

The product is dedicated to both office and warehouse applications – ideal for packaging e‑commerce shipments, securing pallets or moving.

The set includes a roll with a length of 95 m, the weight of the film itself 1 kg and a light sleeve weighing 0,15 kg, which guarantees the maximum amount of net material with minimal load on the package.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT:

The black stretch film is made from high-quality LLDPE polyethylene, which provides even strength and flexibility. Thanks to the precise manufacturing process, the 23 µm thick layer does not separate on sharp edges, and at the same time easily adapts to the shape of the load.

The roll with a width of 50 mm and a length of 95 m was packed in a lightweight, durable sleeve weighing 0,15 kg, which minimizes the weight of the package and increases the share of the net film itself. Thickness 23 µm and extensibility up to 160 % allow for fast and efficient wrapping, reducing the number of overlays needed.

The intense black color not only masks the contents, but also protects against UV radiation and moisture, which is important for longer storage. Width 50 mm and length 95 m provide a large supply of material with a single purchase.

The product meets safety standards for transport packaging, and its lightweight design makes it easy to store and handle in your daily work.

USE OF THE PRODUCT:

In the logistics warehouse, black stretch film is irreplaceable for stabilizing pallets – its strength and flexibility allow for quick wrapping of large piles of goods, protecting them from displacement during transport.

For small workshops and technical services, stretch film serves as a temporary protection of elements against dust and moisture, while allowing quick protection of tools against mechanical damage.

How to use

Before you start wrapping, make sure the surface of the load is clean and dry. Unroll the film and hold it with one hand, and with the other start wrapping from the bottom.

1. Set the roll in a convenient place to ensure even tension.
2. Stretch the film to about 150% of the length for optimal adhesion.
3. Wrap the load along and across while maintaining regular 50 to 100 mm overlays.
4. Once the wrapping is complete, press the tip of the film to ensure a permanent fixation.
5. If necessary, use an additional layer for greater stability.

Note: do not stretch the film more than 160% – this may cause the material to break.
