The Body Sculpture BB 103 resistance band set has been prepared mainly for training the muscles of the arms and legs. The high-strength material, compact size and simple design make it one of the most versatile and mobile training tools for fitness enthusiasts. The BB 103 resistance bands are made of a durable rubber compound and shaped in the form of a closed loop. This design allows you to easily slip your arms and legs into the tape and use them as expanders. The Body Sculpture elastic band set consists of three pieces. Each tape has a different color and width. The larger belt size translates directly into higher material resistance.

Thanks to this, you can easily adjust the appropriate tape to your level of advancement, needs or specific muscle groups. The set also includes a DVD with a film, which shows examples of exercises to be performed with the help of BB 103 expanders. High quality plastic guarantees long durability and resistance to damage.
