How does the product work?
The combination of vibration and point pressure (self‑myofascial release) stimulates sensory receptors, improves local blood supply and helps relax fascia and muscles. Adjustable vibration levels allow you to adjust the intensity to suit your tissue sensitivity and work area.
How to use the product?
- Select the vibration level and arrange Molecule under the selected muscle part.
- Roll slow (approx. 2 – 3 cm/s) or hold on the trigger point 20 – 30 s.
- Before training – shorter, dynamic rides; po – slower, longer.
- Breathe freely; avoid bones and joints. Don't push too hard.
After the session, turn off and recharge the battery according to the instructions.
