CUE System is a conference room reservation system. CUE System Reservation Panels are installed in front of the entrance to the room and show their condition. The touchONE viewing unit allows you to attach a large display that will show the status of several rooms at once, e.g. at reception.

The display connected to the touchONE inspection unit shows the following information:

• The name of the room and occupancy information. The state of the room is indicated by green for the room free and red for the room occupied.
• If the room is free, another meeting will appear on the display on a given day (if such a meeting is scheduled) and the period in which it will start.
• If the room is occupied, the topic of the meeting and the time of its start and end appear on the display.
• If timeline mode is enabled, a timeline with future meetings for the next few hours will appear on the display.
• Up to 14 rooms can be displayed simultaneously on the display. If you need to view more rooms, the list of rooms will scroll.
• The display shows the current date, time and several free and occupied rooms.

  You can also add the company logo to the review layout.

The player is enclosed in a compact form factor and can be easily integrated into display devices, such as an LCD TV or projector, at the installation site with HDMI to HDMI 2.0 output.
