Stylus 2M Blue is the perfect way to improve the performance of the popular 2M Red cartridge.

Stylus 2M Blue contains a Nude Elliptical diamond needle, which means that it is entirely made of elliptical-cut diamond. The Stylus 2M Blue's advanced design needle allows you to retrieve information from the groove of the vinyl record, with greater accuracy compared to the 2M Red needle.

The Stylus 2M Blue needle is also compatible with all 2M series inserts.

All 2M series needles fit together and can be exchanged with other 2M series needles. Stylus, on the other hand, is only a needle, and the entire insert, apart from the body, also has special configurations of motors, coils and magnets inside, which are not identical in all inserts from the 2M series.

Therefore, the user will not get the full performance of the 2M Black cartridge by placing the Stylus 2M Black needle itself in the body of the 2M Red cartridge – although of course the sound will be significantly improved.

To achieve FULL performance of a given phono cartridge, connect the needles to the cartridge bodies of the same group:

• Group A: 2M Red, 2M Blue, 2M Silver
• Group B: 2M Bronze, 2M Black, 2M Black LVB 250
• Group C: 2M Mono, 2M 78

For example, the 2M Red insert has the same body type as 2M Red and 2M Silver, so placing the Stylus 2M Blue needle itself in the body of the 2M Red insert will ensure its full performance of the 2M Blue insert. In contrast, 2M Bronze has a better insert body, so placing the Stylus 2M Bronze needle itself in the body of the 2M Blue insert will no longer provide full performance of the 2M Bronze cartridge, but it will still work and provide a significant sound improvement.

All 2M series phono cartridges have a diamond needle, polished to the highest standards in the industry.

The Stylus 2M Blue features a fully diamond needle with an elliptical cut.

Replacing the needle in the body of the 2M series insert is very simple.

Just gently grab the body of the needle itself, which we want to replace, and then slightly pull in your direction (standing in front of the turntable) until it slowly slides off.

Then apply a new needle body (Stylus 2M Blue) to the released area

After the new needle is fully embedded, it is immediately ready for action and no further adjustments are required.

All 2M series styluses are designed for a tight fit to minimize coupled vibrations, thereby improving sound reproduction.
