MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax is an efficient access point with a very aesthetic appearance for ceiling installation. In high-traffic areas, traditional access points can face numerous obstacles - devices can be knocked over, lost or even stolen.

cAP offers a simple yet effective solution: mounting the access point on the ceiling. This method of installation not only physically raises the device, but also ensures optimal signal distribution, minimizes interference caused by obstacles and reduces the risk of theft.

The MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax features a dual-band radio module that can operate simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, supporting the latest 802.11ax standard as well as older ones. The built-in antenna provides strong 360-degree coverage around the device, so you don't have to worry so much about device placement. Mounting it on the ceiling eliminates many signal absorption problems, such as signal blockage by large TVs, metal cabinet walls in open-plan offices, etc.

Thanks to Wi-Fi 6, you can fully utilize the potential of the fast 600 Mbps LTE CAT12 modem. Compared to previous generations, you get up to 40% higher speed in the 5 GHz band and up to 90% higher speed in the 2.4 GHz band.

In addition, Wi-Fi 6 offers significantly better energy efficiency and security. OWE/WPA3-PSK/WPA3-EAP encryption and management frame protection help prevent all kinds of attacks, such as brute-forcing and Deauthentication Attacks.
