Satechi Slim EX Wireless Mouse in Space Black is a wireless mouse equipped with two Bluetooth 5.3 channels and a 2,4 GHz connection with a USB-C receiver. Three available channels allow you to use the mouse with up to three devices and switch the active connection using the button located on the bottom of the case.

The mouse has quiet switches, a precise scroll wheel and a button to adjust the DPI cursor speed. The anodized aluminum housing combines a slim design with a finish that matches the devices used during stationary and mobile work.

Three channels of wireless connectivity

The Satechi Slim EX Wireless Mouse can work with up to three devices. Two channels are designed for Bluetooth connections, and the third uses the included USB-C receiver operating in the 2,4 GHz band.

The pairing button on the bottom of the mouse is also used to switch between channels. The LED indicator tells you which connection is currently active. At any given time, the mouse supports one selected device.

Bluetooth 5.3 for two devices

Bluetooth 5.3 allows you to pair your mouse with two compatible devices. A USB-C receiver is not required when using a Bluetooth connection.

To start pairing, select the first or second Bluetooth channel, and then hold down the pairing button for about 3 to 5 seconds. Flashing white LED indicator means you are ready to connect. In the list of available devices, the mouse is displayed as EX Mouse.

2,4 GHz connection to USB-C receiver

The third channel uses the included 2,4 GHz USB-C receiver. When you place the receiver in the USB-C port of a compatible device and select a third channel, the mouse connects automatically.

The receiver can be stored in a special place located inside the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse.

Quiet clicks and precise scrolling

Slim EX Wireless Mouse is equipped with quiet switches that limit the sound associated with clicking. The precise roll allows you to scroll through documents, websites, and other content displayed on the screen.

DPI cursor speed adjustment

The DPI button allows you to switch between available cursor speed settings. The higher setting causes the indicator to move faster, while the lower setting ensures slower and more precise movement.

Reporting frequency 125 Hz

Both when using Bluetooth and a 2,4 GHz connection, the mouse operates at a reporting frequency of 125 Hz. This means passing information about the position of the indicator 125 times per second.

Anodized aluminium housing

Satechi Slim EX Wireless Mouse has a slim housing made of anodized aluminum. The presented variant was finished in the color of the manufacturer Space Black.

Charging via USB-C

The mouse is powered by a rechargeable battery via a USB-C port. Full charging with the included USB-C cable takes about 2 to 3 hours. The manufacturer describes the battery used as replaceable.

The USB-C port is for charging only. Slim EX Wireless Mouse works wirelessly and does not support wired data transmission in USB mouse mode.

Automatic sleep mode
