This product is based on whey from high-quality milk sourced from cows that are grass-fed for at least 10 months of the year. This results in a more favorable fatty acid composition compared to milk from cows fed with feed mixtures, which is reflected in the resulting protein quality.
Ultrafiltration at low temperatures helps preserve valuable protein fractions within the protein. These include ß-Lactoglobulin and α-Lactoglobulin, which strengthen immunity, and Immunoglobulin G, which protects the body against bacterial and viral infections.
